What does wearing a swimsuit 24/7 do to your body?

I like the way my swimsuit helps me stand up straighter, and now that it’s cooler, the warmth.
I wonder if it would also double as a girdle, and whether I can wear it everyday instead of lingerie? What would it do to my body? Are there any physical side-effects that I should be wary about?
It really depends on the size. Obviously, if it’s too tight, then it’ll really hurt your body. But if it’s loose, then I see no problem in wearing it.
