i don’t see why this would be a problem for anybody. girls that wwear bikinis wear them because they want to and if you don’t want to see them don’t look, or don’t go to the beach.you can’t take away someoe’s rights just because you don’t like what they do with them.

In your backyard, a girl’s high school swim meet, or a church camp…no problem.
As for banning bikinis entirely — practically impossible, as much of the developed world has no problem with them at all (and many European/South American countries entertain hosts of women who feel that bathing topless is just as normal as not, if not entirely nude). Many people in the world feel that their bodies, in the natural state, are a beautiful gift from God and hiding them is to be ashamed of what said deity has blessed you with…
Your only option, I suppose, is train yourself to look the other way when you see a lovely lady sporting a two-piece (or a guy in a Speedo…), or build yourself an in-ground pool so you don’t have to fraternize with the likes of public pool/beach bikini-wearers.
