Is there any bikini line razor bump rash treatments that REALLY ACTUALLY work?

Within a day of shaving my bikini area, I get tons of bumps where I shaved. It causes really bad irritation and I HATE it! My hair grows back extremely fast anyways, and the bumps then turn into ingrown hairs a lot of times. Is there any home remedies that help? Or are the bikini line rash treatments telling the truth and really work? I have not tried any of them yet because I honestly don’t believe they work. PLEASE HELP!
