I am going to a beach in Europe with friends, but I only brought my athletic speedo swimsuit (for females) because I’ve "outgrown" my other beach swimsuit. Is it weird to wear an athletic (black) swimsuit to the beach?

I would think so
the women in Europe don’t wear bathing suits like that, and they arent as modest

but do whatever makes you comfortable

I am 5′1", 97 lbs, have a 34DD bra but little waist and no hips and small butt. Im wondering what would look good on me as far as a swimsuit?

Anything you want, by the sounds of it you have an amazing figure. Though if you go for a bikini, make sure you get a supportive one (don’t want the ladies escaping) or maybe an underwired one for extra support? Halternecks are also very flattering for larger busts.

Whenever I wear this type of swimsuit, it looks like I have no breasts.

It really depends on the style you get. If you do not want to appear smaller chested, stay away from styles that go straight across like this….they will definitely flatten you out

Instead try something that has a twist or gather in the middle. If the top has padding, molded cups, or a push up/under wire that is a plus as well! Here are a few that I really like that won’t make you appear flat….
