Forget sewing anything in - that will be a disaster.  Personally I really don't think you should worry about it - with a bra and a leo (I assume) there's zero chance of anything significant showing through at a distance - forget about it!  

That said, if you're ultra-sensitive about this for some reason the fix is easy - get some petals/nipple covers (google is your friend), or if you don't have time/money for that just stick a couple of (thin) band-aids over your nipples - job done!  :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Girlfriends, logic...</description>
